I've always been (but not intensely) pro-Imperial Japan, but them having overlordship over the East might have been kinda scary since they probably could've made more out of China than even the KMT. Makes you wonder where the West would be if there was a Scramble for it, but frankly having to deal with yellow guerillas forever would've been a lot to handle. Still a KINO alt-his scenario &oe...

“For now, I think China might have screwed itself over with that one-child policy”

If anything I wonder if it’s a good thing for us specifically because younger population countries are incredibly violent (MENA, SSA, etc) since higher unemployment -and younger people are more vulnerable to religious radicalism as a way to oppose the boomer order.

But to be fair even a birth rate of 2 would be fine , anything higher especially with the 3s leads to younger populations. it always shocks me how in other regions like MENA the median age you see out in their streets is like 19. That basically explains a great deal of their violence issues. But then again that was the natural median age for the greater part of history till modern times.

I don't like how the qing & pahlavi dynasty were replaced with LARPublics for the sake of heccin modernism 100. The kuomintang was hereditary & autocratic until the 90s, and the ccp has had lifelong rulers since it's inception. Persia's new government is very similar to a sultanate, with their leader wearing a turban & focusing on maintaining sharia law. The islamic revolution was much more focused on anti-western influence, yet they try to larp as having an overrated system of government that was entirely made by libtards in the west. Why can't these countries just be the "Kuom Dynasty" or "Islamic state of Persia"? Did you know that the "Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan" doesn't have an emir, but a "supreme leader"? WHERES THE EMIR?!

Are you friends with Chinese out of necessity or genuine connections? I have never befriended a Chinaman in a setting that wasn’t work related.

One of them I would say genuine connections, who I have known since high school. The others, I would say it was born out of necessity but I don’t mind their company anymore. But under normal circumstances I don’t think I would have become their friend.
